Approach

Every throw in three steps.

Kuzushi, tsukuri and kake are the three phases of every judo throw. I approach your project the same way. The goal never changes: ippon.

崩し Kuzushi · breaking the balance

I find where it leaks.

I dive into your site, ads and data and find the biggest lever. Where do visitors drop off? Which channel costs money without delivering? Where is time being lost? First I look, then I build.

What you get
  • An honest picture of where it leaks.
  • The biggest lever at the top of the list.
  • A plan in plain language: what I will build and why.
作り Tsukuri · the set-up

I build the solution.

Website, campaign, software or AI. I build it myself, with no hand-offs between agencies. In short feedback loops you watch the work grow and steer where needed.

What you get
  • The solution, built by the person who designed it.
  • Short feedback loops, so you see what is taking shape.
  • One point of contact for all five disciplines.
掛け Kake · the execution

I put it live.

Everything goes live with measurement built in. Then I improve it based on the numbers. That way you see what the work actually does, not what anyone thinks it does.

What you get
  • A launch with measurement built in.
  • Improvements based on numbers, not gut feeling.
  • In the in-house model: a monthly report in hard numbers.
一本 Ippon · full point

One decisive move. Full point.

In judo, an ippon decides the match in one go. That is how I like to work: one good move instead of ten half ones. I see it through.

What you get
  • A finished project, handed over to you.
  • Or your own digital agency that keeps measuring and improving every month.
Getting started

How it starts.

Before anything gets built, you know exactly where you stand.

  1. Step 1 A first call. We talk and see if it is a good fit. You tell me what you want to build, and I tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
  2. Step 2 A proposal in writing. You get a written proposal with the scope and a fixed price or a fixed monthly fee.
  3. Step 3 Getting to work. Then the work starts, with short feedback loops. That way you can steer while it takes shape.

Questions

What you might be wondering.

Who does the work?

I do. You talk to the person who actually builds it, with no hand-offs between agencies. Agent projects and AI automation run through MaxiAgent, the separate company I co-founded. More about me.

How do we stay in touch?

You have one point of contact: me. You email or call me directly, with no account manager in between. During the work there are short feedback loops, so you see what is happening.

What happens after launch?

That is up to you. With a project I deliver and hand everything over. Or we carry on monthly as your in-house agency: I keep measuring and improving, and you get a monthly report in hard numbers.

Will I know the cost up front?

Yes. After the first call you get a written proposal with the scope and a fixed price or a fixed monthly fee. The work only starts once you agree.
