Approach

Every throw in three steps.

Kuzushi, tsukuri and kake: the three phases of every judo throw, and of your project.

01 · 崩し · Kuzushi I find where it leaks. I dive into your site, ads and data and find the biggest lever.

02 · 作り · Tsukuri I build the solution. Website, campaign, software or AI. I build it myself, with no hand-offs between agencies.

03 · 掛け · Kake I put it live. Everything goes live with tracking. Then the numbers tell me what to improve.

一本 · Ippon Ippon. One decisive move. Full point.

About

From the mat to the web.

I'm Max Wurth, former Dutch national judo champion. On the mat I learnt that one good move beats ten half ones.

That's how I build the digital side of businesses today. One point of contact, from first sketch to launch, and measurably better after that.
